The Biology discipline comprises eight degrees based on modern biology, each with an emphasis on the applications of the chosen area. The degrees in Brewing and Distilling and Food Science, Technology and Management provide a focus on science and technology, but also introduce management and business skills that prepare graduates for both technical and management positions in the corresponding industrial sectors.
