Professional Recognition and Exemptions
All BEng and MEng programmes are fully accredited by The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). The British Computer Society (BCS) also accredits the Computing and Electronics programmes.
Teaching and Assessment
Traditional lectures supplemented by small group tutorials convey the engineering principles. Laboratory experiments and innovative computer based learning are used to encourage investigation and deepen understanding of theoretical material. A particular strength of our programmes is the use of group and individual projects to develop design and practical skills.
